Mr. & Mrs. McBride

A definite treat is the occasional morning wedding. Results, for me, in a work day that still gives me a Saturday night at home = double win. Another double win is a couple that is both artsy and chill… a perfect intro description of Mary Loftin and Packer. They’re names aren’t the only cool thing about them–they’re beautiful together to boot.

First Baptist Church of Jackson was the ceremony venue, and they chose The Capital Club for the reception… both wonderful choices. Despite some gloomy weather, the day couldn’t have been better. But, what’s great about Mary Loftin, is that when I asked (timidly) if we could run outside for a few pics of her and Packer (amidst sprinkling) she was all about it. I love brides like that.

Here’s a few from the wedding day…

I mean, why not take a seat and talk things out for a little bit? Perfect…

You can’t see the sprinkles as we took these pictures, but they were there, I promise.

Favorite shot of the day:

The my-photographer-took-me-outside-in-the-rain-so-we-have-to-fix-my-hair picture.

Ok, maybe this is my favorite… I’m not sure.
