Mr. & Mrs. Caldwell

I can’t put into words how wonderfully this wedding day came together. Melissa–in my opinion–has impeccable taste, and is a bride who’s not afraid to let colorful personality surface on her wedding day. As you’d expect, that makes the job of the photographer even greater.

Melissa chose, essentially, Jackson’s all-star vendors. Again, that’s just my opinion… Here was the lineup–

Makeup/Hair – Felicia Robbins (good friend of mine… makes folks look like superstars, and keeps ‘em looking that way throughout the day)

Food & Florals – Fresh Cut by Wendy Putt (yummmmmmm)

Ceremony Venue – St. Andrew’s Episcopal in downtown Jackson (hard not to take a pretty picture)

Reception Venue – The Cedars in Fondren (cool artsy feel, I love it)

Band – The Pates’

I, for one, couldn’t have been a happier camper. Melissa, Richie… hope you two are pleased!!! On to the images…

Kinley Caldwell - Great photos! What a beautiful day. I’m so happy you were there to share it with us. I really enjoyed getting photographed by you. You are so awesome. I can’t wait to see more shots. Hope all is well!

Nancy Bowering - These are so beautiful – they bring tears to my eyes! Thank you for letting me relive that day through your photography.

Melissa - OK, remember me telling you I was not a crier? Well, I took one look at these and found myself reaching for the Kleenex. These are really more like works of art than photographs, and definitely surpassed my wildest expectations (and you know those are pretty high!). I love them ALL (the ones in front of the church are pretty amazing and I love the one of my brother and me) and can’t wait to see the rest! PS – add yourself to that list of Jackson’s All-Star Vendors! PSS – the dinner invitation is always open haha. Thanks again Robby!!

David Day - These are absolutely amazing photos of a lovely couple. Well done on every level – you’ve captured the joy and beauty of these two.

Harley Caldwell - My favorite is Melissa and Richie in the courtyard of the church after the wedding with the wind blowing the veil. They look like the celebrities that they are. Absolutely great photos. We have to get that one of Paw-Paw being kissed. Also, people have been telling me that there is a picture of Paw-Paw dancing with all the girls but it is Guy, Sr.!

Katharine Halpin - Thank you so much for sharing these memories of this special day for all of us. WOW!
